By collaborating with reputable non-profits, 1250 West Jeff aims to offer a comprehensive set of initiatives, including classes, job training, tutoring, and other valuable programs. These services will contribute to the growth and well-being of our community, empowering individuals with new skills and opportunities.

To ensure the sustainability of these programs, SeaFlo, CBG's dedicated philanthropic foundation, will continue to provide vital funding. Additionally, a percentage of 1250 West Jeff's revenue will be consistently donated to the SeaFlo Foundation's account, securing program funding in perpetuity. This steadfast commitment to community enrichment sets a remarkable precedent in fostering long-lasting positive impacts.

Each single-floor unit is equipped with a modern layout and amenities to meet their current and future needs, including Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, in-unit washer and dryer, and a complete appliance package. Commercial space has been specifically curated to activate the main thoroughfares while meeting the needs of the residents and neighbors.

1250 West Jeff is committed to safeguarding our environment and promoting sustainability and is dedicated to preserving natural resources and ensuring the welfare of both current and future generations, through our commitment to curbing carbon emissions.

1250 West Jeff will make various alternative transportation available to residents such as on-site car share / bike share with easy access to nearby transit. All of this will be offered either at no cost or at reduced rates. By providing these convenient alternatives, we are doing out part to encourage eco-friendly modes of transportation and make the necessity of owning an expensive car a thing of the past.

In addition to promoting sustainable transportation, we have incorporated innovative green architecture features into our design. Utilization of renewable energy generation sources, which reduces our dependence on conventional energy, contributes to a lower carbon footprint. 1250 West Jeff’s water will also be water-efficient with built in measures ensuring responsible consumption and conservation.
